Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking passionate Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists to join a specialty outpatient pelvic health team in Boise and Eagle, Idaho, or Logan area. Positions offer a dedicated pelvic health focus, one-on-one care, and mentored professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Completion of Level 1 internal pelvic floor training (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1) or equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health rehabilitation in a specialty outpatient setting.
• Deliver one-on-one, 40-minute treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and participate in case reviews and mentorship.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and advanced pelvic health training.
• Support flexible scheduling and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
