Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course, such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or an equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy sessions.
• Deliver 40-minute evaluations and treatments.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and participate in mentorship and continuing education.
• Assist with clinic development and leadership opportunities.
