Qualifications

Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

Performs comprehensive initial evaluations and develops a plan to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
Provides targeted interventions using appropriate techniques, modalities and equipment.
Collaborates with patients to set short- and long-term goals.
Communicates effectively with patients, families and other providers, ensuring consent and confidentiality.
Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and PT/PTA students as assigned.
Maintains patient records, adheres to safety, policy, and regulatory standards.
Participates in meetings, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
