Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive initial evaluations and develops a plan to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
• Provides skilled, tailored interventions using appropriate techniques, modalities and equipment.
• Collaborates with patients to set short- and long-term goals.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and students as assigned.
• Maintains patient records and protects confidentiality and safety.
