Top Echelon Software, LLC is partnering with a specialty pelvic health organization to recruit an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for Idaho clinics in Boise and Eagle. The role focuses on one-on-one pelvic health care with flexible scheduling, including four-day weeks and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, with additional mentorship, CE allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy with licensure or eligibility in Idaho.
• Completion of pelvic health training and strong communication skills.
• Experience in pelvic health is preferred; board certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 40-minute one-on-one pelvic health OT sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide mentorship and professional development.
• Maintain EMR documentation within scheduled hours using AI-assisted tools.
• Engage in flexible scheduling with 4-day weeks and patient-centered care.
