Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is partnering with a rapidly growing pelvic health outpatient organization to add dedicated Occupational Therapists to its Idaho clinical teams in Boise and Eagle. The role emphasizes one-on-one pelvic health OT care, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities and 40‑minute treatment sessions.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, with potential for leadership growth into clinic director or regional leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OT program and current licensure eligibility in the applicable state.
• Completion of Level 1 internal pelvic floor training (e.g., Herman & Wallace) or equivalent.
• Strong clinical communication and commitment to evidence-based, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pelvic health OT sessions with patients.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers in a multidisciplinary pelvic health team.
• Participate in mentorship, ongoing education, and professional development.
