Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join its specialty pelvic health team in Boise/Eagle, ID with flexible scheduling in a full- and part-time capacity.

The role emphasizes one-on-one 40-minute sessions, mentorship, and ongoing professional development within a patient-centered pelvic health program. Applicants should hold an OT degree, current licensure or eligibility, and pelvic health Level 1 training.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course, such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or an equivalent Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pelvic health OT sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Engage in mentorship, case reviews, and professional development.
• Support clinic growth and adherence to evidence-based pelvic health practices.
