Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join its expanding outpatient pelvic health practice. The role focuses on one-on-one care, advanced manual techniques, and a patient-centered approach across Boise and Eagle, Idaho clinics.

Clients span the lifespan with a strong emphasis on pregnancy/postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor function, and continence issues.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course, such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or equivalent.
• Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one pelvic health OT evaluations and treatments.
• Collaborate with PT/OT teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Mentor and support clinicians and participate in case reviews.
