Atlantic Health in Wayne, NY seeks a Full-Time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab colleagues to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.
• WCS or PRPC (preferred).
• 1-3 years of Pelvic Health experience preferred, newer grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
