Job summary

Mercy in Noble, OK seeks a Physical Therapist under physician direction to evaluate patients and plan and implement treatment programs tailored to their physical, developmental and psychosocial needs. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality patient care and will operate under the supervision of the Assistant Director.

Requirements include a B.S., M.S., or DPT in Physical Therapy and current licensure to practice in Missouri, plus an American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited B.S., M.S. or DPT degree program in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold current licensure in the State of Missouri.
• Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.

Responsibilities

• Administers a physical therapy evaluation and plans and implements a treatment program based on patient needs.
• Provides advisory service to other interdisciplinary team members to promote quality patient care.
• Functions under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director.
