Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to administer comprehensive evaluations and to plan and implement treatment programs tailored to each patient’s physical, developmental, and psychosocial needs. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team ensures high-quality patient care.

Under the Assistant Director's supervision, you will advise colleagues, adhere to safety standards, and perform related duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited B.S., M.S. or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold current licensure in the State of Missouri.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or course completion within probation.
• Knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for diverse diagnoses.
• Must be able to push 40 lbs, pull 60 lbs, grip 50 lbs and pinch 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Administers a physical therapy evaluation under physician order.
• Plans and implements a treatment program based on patient needs.
• Provides advisory service to the interdisciplinary team to promote quality care.
• Functions under the supervision of the Assistant Director.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
