Bonnette Elite Physical Therapy & Wellness in Fort Worth, TX seeks a full-time, part-time, or PRN Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. The team of 9 therapists offers mentorship and room for growth in a two-location clinic.

Responsibilities include evaluations, developing Plans of Care with measurable goals, managing documentation, and delivering pelvic health PT services within state scope.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a PT program approved by CAPTE.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
• Pelvic Health PT experience preferred; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop and execute Plans of Care with measurable goals.
• Comply with documentation, billing and coding requirements.
• Provide PT services per state scope and supervise delegated tasks.

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, part-time, or PRN Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our growing team! Founded in 2016, our once small clinic boasts 9 physical therapists- and growing. We currently have 2 locations in the Fort Worth area and are planning expansion in the near future. Be a part of an exploding practice with ample room for growth. Intrinsic Responsibilities

Provide assessments/evaluations and other Pelvic floor physical therapy services to patients and/or clients for the purpose of injury prevention, restorative and/or maintenance rehabilitation as well as health promotion. Participate in activities and educational endeavors to promote and attain regulatory compliance at the local, state and federal level.

Essential Job Function

• Evaluate patients/clients, develop and carry out patient specific Plans of Care with associated goals including quantifiable physical and functional targets.
• Comply with professional and/or regulatory documentation, billing and coding requirements including but not limited to timely and accurate entries.
• Provide assessments, treatments, instructions and other physical therapy services according to the scope of practice limitations per State statute.
• Retain the responsibility for all delegated tasks to other licensees and support personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
• Experience in Pelvic Health PT is preferred however we do offer Mentorship for those with less experience or are trying to enter the Pelvic Health PT realm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
