Job summary

Woerner Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The role starts part-time with potential to grow into full-time, delivering evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women and maintaining a small general orthopedic caseload.

You will work across Arlington and Fort Worth clinics, document care with Raintree EMR and participate in ongoing mentorship and learning within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialized training in pelvic floor therapy (e.g., coursework, certifications) is highly preferred.
• New grads with strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women, including pre- and postpartum diagnoses, incontinence, pelvic pain, and related dysfunctions.
• Treat a secondary caseload of general orthopedic patients as needed.
• Work across both Arlington and Fort Worth clinic locations with a consistent schedule.
• Document care using Raintree EMR with AI-supported documentation tools.
• Participate in ongoing learning and mentorship within a collaborative clinical team.
