Job summary

Holistic Healing Physical Therapy in San Diego, CA is seeking a part-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. The practice specializes in women''s pelvic floor therapy and orthopedic care, offering 90-minute initial evaluations and 60-minute follow-ups in a 1:1 setting.

The hybrid model combines private pay with Tricare; sessions emphasize whole-person care, mentorship from the clinic owner, and flexible hours starting at 8–15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PT program with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• California Physical Therapist License required at hire
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire (American Heart Association)
• 0-2 years of experience in pelvic floor or outpatient orthopedic PT
• Completion of (or actively pursuing) pelvic health coursework such as Herman Wallace Level 1, APTA Pelvic Health, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pelvic floor PT for women (primarily pregnancy and postpartum)
• Treat both women and men for orthopedic conditions
• Conduct 90-minute initial evaluations and 60-minute follow-up sessions
• Develop customized, whole-person treatment plans integrating manual therapy, nervous system and movement analysis, therapeutic exercise, patient education, etc.
• Document patient progress and communicate clearly with patients and providers using our easy-to-use EMR
• Grow your clinical skills through direct mentorship and hands-on training with the clinic owner

Holistic Healing Physical Therapy is a boutique concierge practice in San Diego specializing in women's pelvic floor therapy and orthopedic care for men and women. We strongly believe in treating each person as a whole person - looking at the body from head to toe. From the nervous system to gait mechanics, we recognize that everything is interconnected and influences overall function. We never focus on the pelvis in isolation; instead, we deliver thoughtful, whole-body care.

Our hybrid model (private pay + Tricare insurance only) allows us to provide high-quality, personalized care with motivated patients. Treatment sessions are always 1:1 for a full 60 minutes, with 90-minute initial evaluations to allow for comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.

• Must pass a background check

Job Type:

Part-time (8-15 hours to start with potential to grow)

Compensation:

$50 - 65 per hour
