Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Athens, TN. You will play a key role in developing a new pelvic health service line and will bring pelvic-floor expertise, clinical confidence, and a passion for growing the program.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pelvic-floor experience required.
• Ideally 3+ years of pelvic-floor experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• BLS certification at time of hire.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Interest in helping build and grow a pelvic health service line.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on goals and needs.
• Provide 1:1 physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate and treat pelvic-floor and pelvic-health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment programs to improve function and reduce pain.
• Establish measurable patient goals and monitor progress.
• Document treatment plans and plans for reevaluation.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
• Help support the development and growth of the pelvic health program.
• Provide guidance and supervision to PTAs, students and support personnel as appropriate.

Job Details

We are seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in the Athens, TN area.

This individual will play an important role in the development and growth of a new pelvic health service line. The ideal candidate will bring strong pelvic-floor experience, clinical confidence and an interest in helping establish and expand the program.

Responsibilities
