Jobot in Athens, TN seeks a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team and help develop a new pelvic health service line. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care and growth opportunities within a collaborative clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have pelvic-floor experience, a Tennessee PT license, and a strong clinical background, including orthopedic exposure. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and ongoing development.

Competenze

• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pelvic-floor experience required; ideally 3+ years.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• BLS certification at time of hire.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Interest in helping build and grow a pelvic health service line.

Mansioni

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's condition, goals and needs.
• Provide 1:1 physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic-floor and pelvic-health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment programs to improve function and reduce pain.
• Establish measurable patient goals and monitor progress.
