Jobot is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in the Athens, TN area. This role is pivotal in launching and expanding a new pelvic health service line, delivering 1:1 patient care with strong pelvic-floor expertise.

The ideal candidate will hold a Tennessee PT license with pelvic-floor experience (3+ years preferred) and orthopedic background. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pelvic-floor experience required.
• Ideally 3+ years of pelvic-floor experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• BLS certification at time of hire.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Interest in helping build and grow a pelvic health service line.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's condition, goals and needs.
• Provide 1:1 physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic-floor and pelvic-health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain and improve quality of life.
• Establish measurable patient goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Document treatment plans, progress and plans for reevaluation.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
• Help support the development and growth of the pelvic health program.
• Provide guidance and supervision to PTAs, students and support personnel as appropriate.
