Peloton Interactive is seeking a Lead Expert to drive individual sales, coach peers, and manage CRM processes in a fast-paced store. You will lead by example, educate customers on the Peloton portfolio, and help optimize store performance through hands-on product demonstrations and strategic CRM auditing.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example on a sales floor.
• Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform.

Aufgaben

• Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio to overcome objections and close sales.
• Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize the team's conversion rates.
• Act as the floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts supporting a strong sales culture when the Store Manager is absent.
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence in Peloton and represent the brand with integrity.
• Contribute to essential daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.
