Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Peloton Expert to deliver in-store experiences, educate visitors on products and content, and close sales with enthusiasm. You will report to a Store Manager and represent the Peloton brand with passion.

You will stay current with new products, features, and content, help customers find the right fit, and contribute to store activities such as inventory, merchandising, and events. This is a part-time role eligible for benefits and a monthly commission plan.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Able to create immersive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to Members.
• Stay current with new products, features, and content.
• Help customers find the right product fit for their needs.
• Meet or exceed performance goals.
• Contribute to store activities including inventory, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned.
• Engage in cross-department initiatives such as Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, and community events.
