Qualifications

• Working knowledge of mining industry operations including pellet plant.
• Previous supervisory experience managing a team.
• Strong communication skills to train and mentor staff.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pellet plant operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure efficient and safe processing of ore.
• Manage personnel and coordinate with other departments.
• Participate in safety activities and meetings.
