Job summary

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of heavy industry maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $135,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience in heavy industry (pellet plant experience preferred).
• Proven experience leading operation teams and managing work orders and schedules.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of contractors during pellet plant construction.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel in daily tasks.
• Develop and manage budgets for areas of responsibility.

Skills

Maintenance experience in heavy industry

Leadership of operation teams

Verbal and written communication skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
