Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Mill Equipment Operator to run and adjust pellet mills, perform quality control on pellets, and monitor material moisture content. The role requires the ability to handle rope hoists, small mechanical adjustments and routine inspections.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm shift, and includes background check and drug screening. Competitive benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Operate and adjust up to 3 pellet mills.
• Perform QC testing of finished pellets.
• Test incoming raw material and monitor moisture content.
• Carry out roll changes on pellet mills using overhead hoist.
• Conduct routine process inspections to identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist on shift with packaging, loading and dryer operators.
• Collect and verify shift operator reports; complete daily shift summaries.
• Report incidents, accidents and maintenance requests.
• Lead by example with attendance, work ethic and safety-first mindset.
• Participate in down day repairs and clean the process.
