W.C. Bradley Co. in the United States is seeking a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator to safely operate front-end loaders, wheel loaders, and excavators in a pellet-production environment.

You will mix and load wood-fiber blends, monitor stockpiles, perform inspections, and coordinate with mill operators and maintenance teams while upholding strict safety standards. This role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to operate safely in an active industrial environment with pedestrians and machinery.
• Ability to follow fiber-blending instructions and maintain consistent material flow.
• Knowledge of basic mobile-equipment inspections and reporting safety concerns.
• Clear radio and in-person communication; teamwork-oriented.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime; comply with training/authorization requirements.

Mansioni

• Safely operate a front-end wheel loader and other mobile equipment to handle wood fiber and bulk materials.
• Perform pre-use inspections and report defects; remove unsafe equipment from service.
• Move fiber from storage to blending and feed locations without contamination.
• Scoop and blend materials per production instructions and blend requirements.
• Load fiber into hoppers, bins, or conveyors while maintaining steady flow.
• Monitor stockpiles, blend consistency, and material conditions; communicate issues affecting production.
• Coordinate with mill operators, supervisors, maintenance, and truck drivers.
• Maintain stockpile faces, travel paths, and loading areas with safe clearance.
• Complete routine operator care and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Follow plant safety requirements including PPE, lockout/tagout, and dust-control practices.
