Job summary

Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District seeks a PEIMS Clerk to support campus PEIMS data submissions and reporting. The role reports to the Principal and ensures accurate data for TEA compliance.

The successful candidate will have TEA certification requirements, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience with data bases, spreadsheets, word processing, and keyboarding; PEIMS training is preferred.

Qualifications

• TEA certification requirements.

• One year experience in computer data base, spreadsheet, word processing, and keyboarding.
• PEIMS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit PEIMS data to the central office per schedule.
• Maintain and verify Bilingual/ESL/LEP/PEIMS indicators and codes.
• Input and maintain student discipline records.
• Provide updated data to teachers as needed.
• Attend scheduling and audits related to PEIMS data.
