Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a PEI Inspector to oversee the integrity of pressure retaining equipment in the Deer Park area. You will plan NDE and visual inspections, guide internal and contractor teams, and ensure data accuracy in the IMS.

The role focuses on maintaining mechanical safety and optimizing inspection scopes in collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance teams. The position requires coordinating with Operations, handling regulatory inspections, and contributing to RBI models and inspection

Qualifications

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in integrity inspections and/or maintenance craft roles in refinery or petrochemicals facilities.
Hold multiple API certifications (incl. API-510, API-570, and API-653)

Responsibilities

Inspect and monitor the condition of pressure equipment to detect corrosion or other damage.
Plan and scope NDE and visual inspections with guidance to inspectors and contractors.
Coordinate regulatory inspections (e.g., DOT) and maintain inspection records in the IMS.
Lead discussion in CAIR reviews and provide technical basis for inspection intervals.
Support maintenance and turnaround activities and ensure quality outcomes and budget control.
