Job summary

Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership is seeking an experienced PEI Inspector to ensure the integrity of pressure retaining equipment. You will plan NDE and visual scopes, guide internal and contractor inspectors, and manage data in the IMS to keep RBI models current.

Responsibilities include coordinating regulatory inspections, developing repair procedures, and supporting turnaround planning. A minimum of five years in integrity inspections and API certifications is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in integrity inspections and/or maintenance craft roles.
• Hold multiple API certifications (incl. API-510, API-570, and API-653).
• Experience with NDE methods (PT, RT, MT) and advanced inspections.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inspection scope for pressure equipment, coordinating with in-house and contractor teams.
• Record and communicate inspection findings and extend RBI-based intervals as needed.
• Lead or support turnaround planning, including preparation of work packages and defect assessments.
• Maintain inspection schedules and equipment histories in the IMS database.
• Provide input on repair procedures and QA for maintenance and capital projects.
