Job summary

Expression is partnering with hatch I.T. to modernize the DEA ICDE program and deliver a secure, scalable testing environment for investigative workflows.

The Tester Engineer will craft, run, and maintain functional tests for Pega applications, collaborating with engineering, BA, and product teams to ensure acceptance criteria are met. You will validate system functionality against business requirements, support UAT, and help refine test strategy in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Pega functional testing tools and QA approaches for Pega apps.
• Strong QA principles, functional testing, test‑case development, and regression testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into detailed test scenarios and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for Pega applications with thorough coverage.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; translate into test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects with timely resolution with engineering.
