Job summary
Hatch IT is seeking a Test Engineer to join the DEA ICDE modernization effort. You will design, implement, and execute functional tests for Pega applications, translating requirements into test scenarios and ensuring regression coverage.
Work with cross‑functional teams in an Agile setting to validate system functionality and support rapid delivery. The role requires Top Secret clearance willingness for SCI and is primarily onsite at DEA Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Pega testing tools and QA approaches for Pega apps.
- Strong QA principles, functional testing, and regression testing.
- Ability to translate requirements into detailed test scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute functional tests for Pega applications.
- Translate requirements into detailed test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate across engineering, BA, and product teams to ensure coverage.
- Identify, track, and retest defects for timely resolution.
- Support test planning and create regression test suites.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and testing throughout sprints.
