Job summary

First Roles is seeking a Pega Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into effective Pega Case Management solutions. You will drive requirements elicitation, build RBAC concepts, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams.

You will document designs, data mappings, and integration contracts (REST/SOAP/SQL), author clear user stories with acceptance criteria, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support QA and UAT to ensure the solution aligns with business intent.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis & elicitation with business stakeholders
• Translate business processes into Pega Case Management concepts (Stage/Step models, Data Models, User Personas)
• Define and document detailed system designs (Decision Rules, Declarative Rules, Data Transforms, UI Portals/Views, SLA rules)
• Map enterprise data requirements to Pega Data Types, Data Pages, and Integration Layer rulesets
• Define RBAC, security groups, and privilege assignments within Pega
• Interface mapping with external contracts (REST, SOAP, SQL) to Pega Integration Data Objects
• Author clear User Stories with Acceptance Criteria in Jira/Azure DevOps
• Assist QA in validating flows and support UAT against business intent
