Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in business analysis and related areas.
• Experience as a PEGA Business Architect with certification.
• Experience in Use Case Development and SDLC management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication with business product owners and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between Business and Technology teams.
• Gather user stories and translate into business requirements.
• Translate business vision into technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead agile sprints and backlog reviews.
• Publish release notes and maintain product documentation.
• Mentor analysts and ensure best practices.
