Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience and led teams on large projects.
• Extensive experience designing workflows using Pega capabilities.
• Direct reports preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of features, managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Analyze linkages between components to ensure system integrity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of quality.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular 1:1s with team members.
• Provide timely feedback and manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to reviews.
• Use code reviews to deepen team expertise and collaborate with stakeholders.
