Job summary

Qualis1 Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior PEGA Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking clients.

You will own end-to-end solution design, including data modeling, integrations, performance, and security, aligned with LSA guardrails and enterprise standards. You will implement and customize Smart Investigation, design SWIFT message flows, REST and SOAP integrations, and collaborate with business, compliance, and IT teams to

• Must have extensive PEGA architecture experience and LSA background.
• Experience leading PEGA Smart Investigate projects in banking.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, integrations, and security.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate for banking clients.
• Implement and customize Smart Investigation ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design: case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, security.
• Architect and govern PEGA apps per LSA guardrails and enterprise standards.
• Design banking integrations, including SWIFT flows and external systems.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements.
• Own non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, resiliency, security.
• Apply AI delivery features to accelerate development and improve quality.

10+ years of experience with PEGA.

Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) – Both Parts are Mandatory.

Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking clients.

Implement and customize Smart Investigation, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.

Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.

Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.

Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.

Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.

Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.

Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security

Strong understanding of banking, fraud, and investigation life cycles.

Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.

Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing.

Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes.
