Job summary

Compunnel Software Group seeks a PEGA Architect for a full-time role in Plantation, FL and Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will drive PEGA design and implementations across live environments, leading teams and shaping solutions.

Required are PEGA CLSA/CSSA certifications with at least 5 years of hands-on PEGA experience, and a strong grasp of PEGA concepts, connectors, load balancers, and performance tuning. PEGA 7.1+ knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Pega Certified professionals (CLSA and/or CSSA) with at least 5 years of hands on experience with live implementation in PEGA.
• LSAs must have experience in Leading PEGA teams and designing strategy.
• Very strong in PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, Load balancers, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners etc.
• Experience with PEGA 7.1 and above

Responsibilities

• Lead PEGA project implementations and guide design strategy.
• Mentor PEGA teams and ensure effective integration with PEGA connectors and performance tuning.
