Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 13+ years of hands‑on Pega development experience.
  • Strong experience with Pega Infinity (8.x or later).
  • Expertise in Case Management, Flows and Flow Actions, Sections and Harnesses, Data Pages, Activities, Data Transforms, Report Definitions, Decision Tables and Trees, Correspondence, Integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Java concepts and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build case types, workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and business rules.
  • Develop integrations with REST, SOAP, databases, messaging systems, and external applications.
  • Configure data pages, data transforms, activities, report definitions, and decision tables.
  • Create reusable components following Pega Guardrails and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, code reviews, and testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
