Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC seeks an Associate Software Engineer for the Hire-to-Train Program (Pega). You’ll begin with a hands-on Pega Bootcamp, then work on-site with our client in downtown DC 4–5 days a week (one remote day possible), collaborating with stakeholders to deliver government solutions.

You’ll design, develop, and integrate Pega applications, tailor solutions to business needs, troubleshoot issues, and follow coding standards to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Systems required.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a desire to learn.
• Must be onsite in DC 4 days a week.
• Must hold Top Secret Clearance.
