Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy Pega applications in a team-driven environment in Washington, DC. The role requires US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance, with onsite work four days per week and one remote day allowed.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements, implement Pega solutions, and ensure coding standards while supporting project deliverables in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven development experience with a commitment to upskilling in Pega.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Application Development (Beginner)
• Web Application Development (Beginner)
