APPLICATION PROGRAMMING: Java, SQL, Pega, Workflow

Key Skills:

1. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Structured, methodical approach to systems development and troubleshooting
3. Ability to ramp up fast on a system architecture
4. Pega PRPC experience highly desirable
5. Pega CSA/CSSA mandatory; LSA certification is a plus
6. Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
7. Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP Services
8. Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
9. Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture/design/coding
10. Experience with SQL, Postman, Java, HTML5, and REST APIs
11. Experience with web technologies including Ajax, JavaScript
12. Any experience with Selenium Grid, Sauce Labs, and Launch Darkly would be helpful
