Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join the Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit in a global delivery model. You will participate in requirements gathering, assist in solution architecture, and develop features for ERP packages, ensuring secure, compliant integrations across environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, system integration, and thorough documentation, with opportunities to travel or relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
