Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 to drive PEGA Smart Investigate implementations for banking clients in a global delivery model. You will lead end-to-end design, capture requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams with a focus on regulatory alignment and security.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk awareness, and the ability to balance project economics with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
• End-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
