Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in Austin, TX to join our EAIS unit. You will participate in requirements gathering, contribute to ERP solution design, and develop new features while integrating interfaces and ETL processes.

You will validate specifications, ensure security/compliance, and document customizations for knowledge transfer within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Boomi Integration Architecture and EAI techniques.
• Experience with EDI and RosettaNet integrations.
• Experience with integration migration strategies and governance.
• API and system integration design expertise.
• Performance and security architecture awareness.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP package modules.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications and maintain codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security/regulatory compliance of customizations.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
