Technical Skills:

• Certifications – CBA, CSA, CSSA
• Ability to configure and develop PRPC Rules/UI/UX/Data Model/Activities/Correspondence
• Good command of Case Management and Stages
• Ability to work independently on Pega
• Hands-on experience with PRPC tools like SMA, PAL, Tracer, Log Analyzer
• Experience with Email Listener, Access rules, or Pega Frameworks is a plus
• Experience in PRPC integration with external systems in an enterprise environment is a plus
