Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 with strong Pega BA experience to join our Enterprise Application Integration Services group in the United States. You will gather requirements, help design ERP customizations, and develop features while ensuring secure, compliant integration across systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, documentation, and knowledge transfer, with opportunities to work in a global delivery model and interact with stakeholders across business units.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pega BA.
• Experience in PEGA rules, workflows, and case management.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
