Common Ground is seeking a fully remote Peer Warmline Specialist in Michigan to answer calls, chats, and texts and help callers build coping skills and wellness plans. The role requires MDHHS Peer Support Specialist certification and at least one year of related experience.
You will work with MiCAL to connect callers to crisis resources, document encounters, and maintain strict confidentiality while delivering compassionate support.
Full-Time Shifts
10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday - Thursday
6:00 pm - 2:00 am Thursday - Monday
Part-Time Shifts
10:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday - Sunday
10:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Monday
Base Pay: $21 hourly
