Job summary

University of California- Davis Health is seeking a Program Specialist to lead the Peer Support pathway within the EPI-CAL CSC. The role includes curriculum development, stakeholder collaboration, and coordination of technical assistance in an early psychosis setting.

The position requires lived experience with psychosis, strong project management and facilitation skills, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous full-time work experience required.
  • Experience with peer support in youth and families receiving mental health services.
  • Project management experience including workplan development and monitoring.
  • Experience identifying and evaluating program needs to develop and implement new programs/services.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops or trainings.
  • Curriculum and training development using adult learning theory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Must have direct, personal lived experience with psychosis.

  • Oversee Project Management activities and timelines.
  • Develop, analyze, and evaluate program content and outcomes.
  • Support Lived Experience Integration initiatives.
