ReDiscover seeks a dedicated Peer Support Supervisor to lead a team within the Peer Services program. The role includes supervision, onboarding, and training of Peer Support Specialists, while coordinating with program leadership to meet client needs and reporting requirements.
Applicants must have completed Peer Support Provider Training and hold Missouri Peer Support Specialist certification, with a preference for 3 years’ direct peer service experience and strong communication skills.
