Job summary

Community Bridges is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide one-on-one support and help clients reintegrate into the community within PCMH/OTP Community-Based Services. The role uses assertive engagement, harm reduction, and peer support to foster recovery in a respectful, inclusive environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months in behavioral health, recovery from substance use/mental health, valid AZ driver's license, and CPSS certification (or within 90

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months' experience in behavioral health or substance abuse field.
• Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Valid AZ Driver's License.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or able to obtain CPSS certification within 90 days.
• Addiction and Substance Use Disorders certification preferred.
