The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to help maintain a safe, supportive recovery environment for clients in a residential housing facility. You will enforce house rules, monitor clients, document concerns, and participate in staff development.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience with substance use or mental health populations. Authorized to work in the United States and familiar with HIPAA requirements are preferred.

Maintain a safe and orderly recovery environment for clients, staff, visitors, and guests.
Present a positive, courteous, professional role model at all times
Ability to assess, defuse and bring resolution to abnormal situations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to use a computer keyboard
