Job summary

Clarvida in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Part-time Peer Support Specialist to deliver services at home and in the community, supporting adults with mental illness. You will share lived experience to promote hope, wellness and recovery outcomes by encouraging resilience.

The role offers a flexible 25 hours/week schedule with incentive opportunities and the potential to develop a full-time caseload. Hybrid and remote work options across multiple locations are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active insurance.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems is preferred.
• Active Family Support Certification is required or should be obtained.
• Must be able to obtain Family Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Background checks including ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting are satisfactory.

About The Role

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will deliver services to clients at home and in the community. This service supports adults who struggle with a severe and persistent mental illness, or emotional disturbance. You will work with clients to promote hope, wellness, and recovery outcomes by sharing lived-experience and knowledge to help encourage recovery and resiliency.

Qualifications
