Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Part-time Peer Support Specialist in Boise, Idaho, to deliver services at clients' homes and in the community. You will support adults with mental illness or emotional disturbance, promoting hope, wellness, and recovery by sharing lived experiences to encourage resiliency.

The role offers a flexible schedule (about 25 hours/week), potential to grow to a full caseload, and hybrid/remote options across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active insurance.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems (EHR).
• Active Family Support Certification; OR ability to become certified within 30 days of employment.
• Background checks including ID DHW Enhanced fingerprinting are required.

About The Role

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will deliver services to clients at home and in the community. This service supports adults who struggle with a severe and persistent mental illness, or emotional disturbance. You will work with clients to promote hope, wellness, and recovery outcomes by sharing lived-experience and knowledge to help encourage recovery and resiliency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Meet minimum requirements to become certified in Family Support within 30 days of employment
• Satisfactory results of ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks
