Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Peer Support Specialist in Boise, Idaho, for a part-time role delivering home- and community-based services. You will work with adults with severe mental illness or emotional disturbance, promoting hope, wellness, and recovery by sharing lived experience and knowledge to encourage resilience.

The position offers a flexible schedule with potential to develop a full-time caseload and includes hybrid/remote opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and active insurance.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems (EHR).
• Active Family Support Certification; OR ability to become certified within 30 days of employment.
• Clear results of ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to clients at home and in the community.
• Promote hope, wellness, and recovery outcomes through sharing lived experience and knowledge.
• Support adults with severe mental illness or emotional disturbance in their recovery.
• Collaborate with clients to develop person-centered support plans.
